A trough over eastern Australia is continuing to bring storms and some heavy rainfall to inland regions of NSW and QLD. A high is directing moist winds across the eastern seaboard triggering widespread showers. A high is keeping central and western regions mostly dry.


Tuesday 22:00 EST

A trough will deepen over QLD and may produce heavy rain and storms. Moist onshore winds are expected to continue along the QLD and NSW coast, causing showers. A belt of high pressure in the south should bring a mostly sunny day to WA, SA and eastern VIC.


Wednesday 22:00 EST

A region of low pressure in the east may cause a few showers and thunderstorms over QLD and NSW. A cold front could cross TAS, generating a few showers and possible highland snow. High pressure in the south and west is leading to a sunny and settled day for SA, WA and the NT

A trough and front will clip the southeast, generating showers and gusty winds to TAS and southern VIC. A high over the Bight will bring dry and settled conditions over the interior and west of Australia. A trough in the north and east will cause a few showers and storms
