Final Flood Warning For The Bulloo River

FLOODING NO LONGER EXPECTED ALONG THE BULLOO RIVER
River levels are now below minor across the Bulloo River catchment following rainfall associated with recent thunderstorm activity during last weekend. No significant rainfall has been observed since Monday, and no significant rainfall is forecast for the next several days.

Bulloo River to Quilpie:
No further flooding is expected in the Bulloo River to Quilpie.
The Bulloo River at Quilpie is currently at 2.00 metres (below the minor flood level) and falling.
The Bulloo River at Quilpie will remain below the minor flood level (3.00 m) for the next few days.

Bulloo River downstream of Quilpie:
River level rises are expected along the Bulloo River downstream of Quilpie over the coming week, but are not expected to reach minor flood levels at Thargomindah.
