Fire Weather Warning
for the Coastal Central West, Gascoyne, Lower West (including Perth), Inland
Central West - North, Nelson and Upper Great Southern fire weather districts.

Issued at 3:57 am WST on Sunday 20 January 2019.

Weather Situation
Very hot and dry conditions expected during Sunday with fresh and gusty
northeasterly winds during the morning and gusty sea breezes during the
afternoon.

For the rest of Sunday 20 January:

Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather district:
Gascoyne Coast

Severe Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather districts:
Coastal Central West, Lower West (including Perth), Gascoyne Inland, Inland
Central West - North, Nelson and Upper Great Southern

The Fire Weather Warning for the Exmouth Gulf Coast forecast district has been
cancelled.

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services advises you to:
- Action your Bushfire Survival Plan now.
- Monitor the fire and weather situation through your local radio station,
www.dfes.wa.gov.au and www.bom.gov.au.
- Call 000 (Triple Zero) in an emergency.

No further warnings will be issued for this event, but the situation will
continue to be monitored and further warnings issued if necessary.
