Minor Flood Warning For The Bulloo River
Issued at 12:11 PM EST on Wednesday 23 September 2020
Flood Watch Number: 5

MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT THARGOMINDAH LATER THIS WEEK.
Flood waters caused by showers and thunderstorms late last week continue to move downstream towards Thargomindah with minor flooding possible.
No further significant rainfall is expected during the next few days.

Bulloo River downstream of Quilpie:
Minor flooding may occur along the Bulloo River downstream of Quilpie later this week.
There are currently no river level observations for Thargomindah, but water levels are expected to be below the minor flood level (4.00 metres).
The Bulloo River at Thargomindah may reach the minor flood level (4.00 m) later this week. Predictions will be refined once a peak has been observed at Autumnvale.
